Why This Work Matters
During a routine visit at Prism Health North Texas’ South Dallas clinic, Maria and her daughter sat side by side, both receiving care in the same space. Her daughter is growing up now, but in that moment, Maria felt what she always has. She just wants her child to be safe, heard, and cared for.
At PHNTX, that is exactly what they found. Care that was respectful, accessible, and never rushed, giving Maria peace of mind without added stress or barriers.
Maria has seen how many families come in carrying more than medical concerns, including worry about costs and putting their health last.
